Each individual may maintain only one (1) active Account on the pt777 Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate Accounts identified will be suspended, and all Funds and Bonus balances across all duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. This policy applies regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used.
pt777 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines to verify the identity of its members. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, SSS card, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pt777 Account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers may take 15 minutes to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank's processing times. USDT deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation, typically within 5–20 minutes depending on network congestion. pt777 reserves the right to impose a minimum deposit amount of PHP 100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) and a maximum deposit amount as communicated in your Account settings.

Bank transfers may take one (1) to four (4) hours on business days. pt777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding PHP 50,000 (fifty thousand Philippine Pesos) within a single transaction or a 24-hour period, in accordance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance requirements.
All transactions on the pt777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where USDT is used, the exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction will be the prevailing market rate as determined by pt777. pt777 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values.
Note: Funds held in your pt777 Account are for gaming purposes only. pt777 does not pay interest on Account balances. Unused funds that have been dormant for twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with pt777's inactive account policy.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by pt777 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific terms, the general terms in this section apply. pt777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus-derived balance. Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within this period will be forfeited automatically.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the actual game outcome due to a technical error, the game server log shall be the definitive record and pt777's determination of the correct outcome shall be final. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. pt777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total Funds held in your Account at the time of the relevant incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pt777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

Prior to closure, any remaining eligible Funds (i.e., funds not subject to pending bonus wagering requirements or regulatory holds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pt777 Platform shall first be submitted to pt777's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of formal submission, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. Both parties agree that the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved legal disputes arising from these Terms.
